Welcome to the Funny Bunny family! We are committed to hopping your orders over to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please review our shipping guidelines below to understand how we handle your packages.
1. Order Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Peak Seasons: During high-volume periods (like holidays or major sales), processing may take up to 5 business days.
Confirmation: You will receive a notification email as soon as your order has hopped out of our warehouse.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to weather, carrier delays, or high seasonal volume.
3. Domestic & International Shipping
Domestic: We ship to all Egypt, including P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.
International: We currently ship to select international destinations. Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Funny Bunny is not responsible for these charges if they are applied.
4. How Do I Check the Status of My Order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
5. Shipping to P.O. Boxes
While we do ship to P.O. Boxes, please be aware that Expedited and Overnight shipping methods may require a physical street address and cannot always be delivered to a box.
6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Funny Bunny is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.
Damaged Items: If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing.
Missing Packages: If your tracking says “Delivered” but you can’t find your bunny treats, check with neighbors or your local post office before reaching out to our support team.
7. Returns & Exchanges
